Located within the ‘Transit Corridor’ precinct of the City of Vincent, the proposed development would see the existing run-down art deco residence renovated to its former glory, while an lodging style addition would be constructed at the rear.

After having previously developed a landscape concept for the existing lodging’s entrance and corner, the client became excited by the possibilities of developing the entire site as an ensemble of renovated and additional elements. The proposed addition echoes the prominent curved art deco corner of the existing building, with brickwork featuring as a key element and a bespoke inverted curved balcony, signalling distant vistas to Hyde Park beyond.
