Oyster Apartments is a multi-residential development in one of Perth's most popular beach suburbs.
Built on a long, narrow and steeply sloping site the location provides an excellent opportunity to orientate the apartments to maximise the views to the east whilst providing ocean glimpses to the west.

Each apartment has significant access to natural ventilation and light, while large balconies provide outdoor living with beautiful views.

The design intent was to provide a building which uses a mixture of robust materials which will reduce maintenance over time. Materials such as off form concrete, galvanised steel and 'fluted' concrete block-work were chosen to achieve this.
In essence, the building is a simple and elegant with a striking roof line.

Internal finishes were selected to cater for the beach lifestyle which is only 600 metres away.
Hardwood floors and quality fixtures are included throughout.
